Terms of service

  1. You will only be billed for available items. If an ordered item is temporary out of stock or discontinued, you will be not be charged for it.
  2. All orders are shipped by ARAMEX courier service (door-to-door & express service) to guarantee prompt and safe delivery of products.
  3. Deliveries are made between 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
  4. Complete detailed accurate address is a must to guarantee prompt delivery door-to-door.
  5. Shipments may be subject to clearance charges &/or custom duties at destination, cost of which are additional and need to be paid at destination by the client.
  6. Please select your region to auto-compute the shipping charges.
  7. Shipped orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  8. Buyer is responsible to process, clear and pay any additional costs should local rules at destination impose such regulations / fees for the clearance.
  9. Supplier is not responsible nor liable to pay for, refund or return any order if Buyer refuses to pay the local charges at destination.
